Ryan Starkman, MBA

Ryan Starkman joined Pierson Commercial in the spring of 2014. Ryan's focus consists of the marketing and leasing of shopping centers, investment sales, land acquisition, development and tenant representation on behalf of many of the firm's clients. Ryan specializes in big box/anchor and urban high street retail.

In addition to brokerage, Ryan helps lead a consulting platform that includes leasing, development underwriting, programming, financial and feasibility analysis of complex development projects throughout the state.

Ryan currently represents several national retailers including Chip City Cookies, Oportun and Stop & Shop. He also represents some of the most active mixed-use, urban and suburban real estate firms in the market including Ben Hur Realty, BLDG Management, BNE Real Estate Group, CHA Partners, Edison Properties, Fidelity Investments, KPR Centers, Kushner Companies, L&M Development, Onyx Equities, Stanbery Development Group, The Klein Group, URBY and Woodmont Properties.

Prior to joining Pierson Commercial, Ryan worked in the asset management division of BLDG Management. He is a graduate of Moravian College and holds an MBA in Real Estate from Monmouth University.
