Robert Mackowski

Robert Mackowski joined Pierson Commercial in 2021, bringing over a decade of experience in retail leasing and investment sales across Central and Northern New Jersey from his prior role at Newmark.

Specializing in both tenant and landlord representation, Robert has successfully secured locations for prominent brands including FedEx, Halal Guys, Lululemon, Panera Bread, Santander Bank, Strong Pilates, Sweathouz, T-Mobile and Wonder, among others.

Robert has also represented top institutional property owners and developers such as Advance Realty Investors, KRE, The LeFrak Organization, Prism Capital Partners, Toll Brothers, Urban Edge and Veris Residential.

As a leading retail broker on New Jersey's Gold Coast, Robert has completed approximately 60 leases and sales totaling more than 170,000 square feet with an emphasis in Hoboken and Jersey City. He holds a degree from Rutgers University and was recognized as a Rising Star in Commercial Real Estate by Real Estate Weekly in 2019.
