Neil Ruppert

Since joining Pierson Commercial in the winter of 2018, Neil has successfully created and developed numerous relationships for the firm.

Neil focuses on both landlord and tenant representation, as well as retail dispositions for several of the firm's clients. He currently manages a diverse portfolio of retail properties, including pad sites, ground-up and redevelopment projects, urban retail and traditional grocery-anchored centers.

His client base includes Act3 Holdings (d.b.a. Life Alive Cafe), Aspen Dental, Dave's Hot Chicken, Gottesman Real Estate Partners, Hackensack Meridian Health, Kaplan Companies, Paramount Realty, Saxum Real Estate, Toast City Brunch and Wells Fargo Bank.

Neil graduated from Monmouth University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from the Kislak Real Estate Institute. He is a dually licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey and New York and is a member of ICSC.
