Gregg Medvin

Gregg joined Pierson Commercial in the fall of 2012. He currently manages a diverse portfolio of established national and regional retailers as well as over one million square feet of shopping centers, mixed-used developments, pad sites, ground-up and redevelopment projects throughout New Jersey.

Gregg's client base consists of AvalonBay, Chipotle, Heller Group, My Salon Suite, New Brunswick Parking Authority, Onyx Equities, Russo Development, Sephora, Sharbell Development, Starbucks Coffee and Vornado Realty Trust.

Representing both property owners and tenants provides Gregg with a full understanding of all sides of negotiations. Gregg has a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Maryland at College Park and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of New Jersey.
