Gary Krauss

Gary Krauss joined Pierson Commercial in the summer of 2015, bringing with him a reputation for his creativity, integrity, and a successful transaction track-record to both the landlord and tenant sides of the business.

He has forged a winning reputation within the New Jersey retail market for building franchise and corporate brands by identifying and procuring locations that produce some of the highest sales volumes in his clients' portfolios. Gary represents well-known retail companies including Apple Montessori Schools, Bubbakoo's Burritos, Dave's Hot Chicken and Jersey Mike's Subs.

Additionally, Gary has completed over 60 transactions for Jersey Mike's Subs locations throughout New Jersey. Prior to joining Pierson Commercial, Gary worked as a retail commercial broker for Winick Realty group in New Jersey. He attended Drexel University and is licensed in the states of New Jersey and New York and a member of ICSC.
