Anayah Goswami

Anayah joined Pierson Commercial in January of 2023. She currently manages a portfolio of national and regional retailers and property owners including Apple Montessori Schools, Brunswick Burger House, Checkers, Crispy Cones, Nan Xiang, Popeyes and Reynolds Asset Management with facilitating their expansions throughout New Jersey.

Having worked on both sides of leasing and sales transactions, Anayah offers her clients a clear and in-depth understanding of deal structures from all perspectives while managing a wide-range portfolio of retail properties, including pad sites, new construction projects and triple net lease sales.

Anayah holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master's Degree both in Finance from Rider University.
